Terms & Conditions
A deposit of 60% is required on all special orders (a gown ordered specially for you!). Special orders cannot be cancelled. All special orders must picked up within 30 days of their arrival at Sposa Bella. A storage charge of $5.00 per day will be added to gowns remaining at Sposa Bella for longer than 30 days. After 60 days any special order not paid in full can be sold as stock merchandise.
If a gown must be shipped to a client once it arrives at Sposa Bella, shipping charges will be added to the balance.
Returns, exchanges and credits are not available on any merchandise. All sales are final due to the nature of the merchandise.
If a rush order is required, an extra charge will likely be added, which is determined by each manufacturer.
Sizes over 18 may incur extra charges which are determined by the manufacturer. Certain manufacturers offer the option of a fabric change for an additional charge determined by the manufacturer. Extra length and additional yardage are available. Ask about pricing.
Sposa Bella is not responsible for measurements taken by an outside source. All orders are based on manufacturers size charts. We order according to the client's measurements, not department store size. We strongly recommend a combination of measuring and trying on a dress in a similar style by that manufacturer in-store to determine the best possible fit of the gown.
We do not do in house alterations, we can recommend tailors but we are not responsible for any alterations once the dress has left the store. We have a list of preferred vendors that we can supply.
